Job Details
Expert on all Standards Operating Procedures, Systems, Tools and ensuring the smooth running of operations
Achieve Financial Plans
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate annual inventory, achieve target shrink goals
Partner with stock teams to continuously improve stock space for multi-level store for optimum efficiency
Train and Supervise Shipping & Receiving, Warehouse and Events groups
Partner with vendors to coordinate and execute various high-profile in-store and off-site events
Foster relationships with Chain-Logistics, Store Planning, Client Relations, Training and Visual Merchandising contacts
Responsible for all aspects of employee supervision, not limited to-interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation
Collaborate with Management Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
Acting as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance and consistency, and taking corrective action when needed
Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly
The employee may be required to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel and lift heavy items.
Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect and teamwork
Preferred Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 4 or more years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent
Directs with work of others, sets priorities and work together toward project objectives
Versatile, Responsive and Proactive, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced changes and shift focus easily.
Responds timely to inquiries, requests, complaints and coordinates appropriate follow up.
Leadership skills, navigate internal organizational resources to evaluate potential solution
