Job Description Administrative Operations Manager Position Summary RGA LLP is currently seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to join our team.RGA is a boutique CPA Firm providing tax and business consulting services to closely held real estate enterprises and ultra-high net worth individuals. The Administrative Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of office operations and reports directly to the Managing Partner. Duties Include: Electronic assembly and delivery of tax returns to taxing authorities and to clients Maintain workflow tracking system Oversee and coordinate client billing, including generating engagement letters and client invoices Oversee and manage accounts payable functions Support partners in administrative functions and client relations (e.g., scheduling meetings; responding to administrative inquiries) General administration tasks, including responsibility for office supplies and appearance, coordination of equipment requirements & purchases; assist Managing Partner with special projects Required qualifications and attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Very detail oriented. Dealing with highly confidential information and direct client contact Creative problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Outstanding time, organization, and project management skills Work overtime as needed Experience is a plus but not essential Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (RGA LLP will not provide sponsorship for employment visa status)RGA LLP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
