please read on! The Role: Live Nation is looking for a Art Director
to lead a creative team and elevate concert advertising that
resonates with millions of fans and provides the best visibility
for our touring and regional artists. Working with the Director of
Concerts Production and Marketing leads, the Art Director will
guide designers and production resources to efficiently deliver
trend setting creative across our social channels, digital
campaigns, email, video, audio communications, outdoor display,
websites, in venue advertising and more. The ideal Art Director
should place one foot in the trenches, keep pulse on latest trends,
manage relationships with various creative teams, drive efficient
processes and use their expertise and guidance to make sure the
creative team members execute the vision, exceed expectations and
meet deadlines. Responsibilities:+ Concept, strategize, and design
concert key artwork and video direction + Translate key artwork
designs into production based templates + Elevate quality and
effectiveness of concerts audio, video and digital advertising
assets + Develop automation and efficiencies through resources and
technologies + Develop guidelines and best practices for creative
assets and production + Ensure concerts creative is cataloged,
organized and easily deliverable + Develop production processes for
key artwork, digital advertising, audio and video communications +
Be in tune with latest advertising trends and processes + Manage
design relationships with internal and external creative partners +
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, video, audio and
graphics developed by other staff members + Present designs to
Director and leadership for approval + Ensure visual and audio
communication and brand standards are met + Monitor team quality
control, review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to
creative production team Qualifications:+ Ability to to clearly
communicate art direction and bring ideas to life+ Determine which
photographs, art, or other design elements to use+ Strong
production knowledge and ability to innovate new processes+
Flexible work schedule to support various time zones, specifically
Pacific Standard Time (PST)+ Determine how best to represent a
concept visually+ Video, motion and audio advertising experience or
the drive to learn those skills+ Knowledge and sharp eye for
popular culture, trends, and visual aesthetics+ Desire to roll up
sleeves and produce creative with the design team+ Familiarity with
digital workflows, print, video, social media best practices and
design specifications+ Swiss army knife creative that can work
across each area of production from start to completion+ A creative
mindset and problem-solving aptitude+ Ability to adapt, communicate
and manage in a fast-paced environment+ Strong time management
skills and attention to detail+ Creativity skills and
problem-solving aptitude+ Highly organized+ Proactive work ethic+
Passionate about music and live experiencesEducation & Knowledge
Desired+ High level art direction experience in live music
entertainment or industry related field+ Strong portfolio of
previous and current design or directed work+ Expertise in Adobe
Creative Suite and other creative applications+ Ability to learn
and efficiently use project management software/tools+ Experience
