SUMMARY:Triller is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Brand
Strategy Manager to lead select client relationships and to take an
active role in guiding them with creative and strategic vision.
With guidance from lead sales managers, it will be your
responsibility to see the big picture for each client and help them
navigate Triller's offerings and achieve their brand goals across
both physical and digital campaigns and events, while also working
hands-on with content, copy, social media, ads, design direction,
product and event production. This brand strategist will work
across numerous industry verticals including CPG, Beauty, Fashion,
Tech, Spirits, Automotive and more. Your vision and creative
approach will drive end-to-end campaigns and activations for
Triller brand partners, both on the Triller App and across our
network of offerings, including Triller Fight Club and Verzuz and
more.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Manage Triller's brand partnership strategy and creative
ideation process and coordinate internal teams to deliver
exceptional campaign execution results
- Drive strategic brand partnership project initiatives, plan and
activate brand efforts with cross-functional teams
- Develop and cultivate relationships brand partners that breeds
trust and repeat business
- Manage strategic vision and execution across key brand partners
and onboarding of new partners
- Work with sales to develop compelling marketing and advertising
strategies across Triller's platform and network of
opportunities
- Ensure alignment of activities with broader brand strategy for
Triller and Triller's Network
- Oversee project management teams on brand partnership events
and brand experiences
- Work closely with Triller's PR team and agencies to highlight
Triller Brand Partnerships and position Triller as a leader in the
creative strategy space
- Collaborate with Marketing on Brand Strategy Initiatives for
the Triller brand and our Triller brand extensions such as Verzuz,
Triller Fight Club, Trillerfest and more SKILLS:--- 3-5 years of
experience in brand marketing, advertising, or creative strategy
preferred --- Track record developing compelling brand
relationships and winning strategies --- Strong business acumen;
problem solver --- Ability to operate in a lean, high-growth
environment that continues to evolve --- Strong interpersonal
communicator; comfortable being client-facing--- Hyper organized
and able to juggle many moving parts--- Excellent communication,
presentation, negotiation and organizational skills with a
commitment and ability to see deals and activations to
completion--- Solid organizational skills including attention to
detail and multitasking skills--- Ability to remain calm and
collected in high pressure situations--- An understanding of
current social/digital platforms --- Strong interpersonal skills
and extremely resourceful--- Ability to multi - task and prioritize
duties --- Possess good understanding of web, social, and talent &
creator landscape--- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
and Slack.--- Exceptional written and verbal communication and
collaboration skills.--- A commitment to excellence and a deep
belief in diversity and collaboration--- Possess positive attitude,
sound judgement, and top-level professionalism --- College BA or 3+
years of relevant work experience--- Previous work for a talent
agency, Social Media company or similar talent management
experience preferred--- Entertainment/Startup experience is a
plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:--- Ability to talk or hear in order to
give and receive information and instructions--- Ability to stand,
walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or
controls--- Ability to reach with hands and arms--- Ability to use
computer keyboard up to 80% of the day--- Visual acuity, ability to
adjust focus and peripheral vision for work on a laptop or other
