research capabilities What We Are Looking For: As Revenue
Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the data and CRM
reporting vital to the performance of the organization. Harnessing
datasets and CRM reporting, you will create actionable intelligence
for the sales organization as well as deliver accurate insights,
benchmark, KPI and sales performance reporting to senior
management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thought leader
able to thrive in a fast-paced environment who is passionate about
sales operations and data. This role will partner with sales,
finance, marketing and management in a collaborative manner and
there is ample opportunity for professional growth. In This Role
You Will: Develop and manage sales data process in Salesforce by
creating dashboard, reports, etc. that translate into actionable
intelligence. Organize approach to track and analyze KPIs for
growth, win/loss rates, upsells, renewals, quota attainment and
identify individual performance areas for improvement Manage sales
contracts, track customers and coordinate cross-functional
activities across departments Boost sales productivity by refining
customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process and
identifying pain points at every stage of the sales funnel Present
progress reports to leadership with actionable sales goals Partner
with Sales and Marketing teams to define lead qualification process
and analyze campaign performance Develop sales-related resource
documents, including training manuals, procedures and policies and
incentive programs as needed What we want to see: 4 years
successful experience in sales operations (ideally in a SaaS
business) and ready for a leadership role Highly experienced
Salesforce user Strong understanding of strategic direction and
sales goals and metrics Proven excellence in multi-tasking,
prioritizing projects and meeting deadlines and goals Prior
experience with Tableau, Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator or other
CRM/ sales tools is a plus Be highly organized, results-driven and
tech savvy A desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative
