Job Description:
Position Summary
In this role you will be tasked with leading Endeavor's impact and
inclusion-related partnerships including partnership development,
grantmaking, management and moving forward any company-wide
commitments through our industry partnerships (e.g.,
#ChangeHollywood). This position will also work on systemic change
within the company and industry to ensure we're creating an
environment where all people can thrive regardless of race,
ethnicity, social economic status or ability.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships
Manage portfolio of nonprofits, industry associations, trade
organizations and initiatives focused on creating positive social
change through sports, entertainment and fashion
Manage the Endeavor Foundation (Endeavor's 501c3 grantmaking entity
focused on access and inclusion in our industries)
Seek out and develop new partnerships that meet our goals
Manage activation for partnership activities and integration
(alongside relevant team members)
Implement and evaluate partnerships across our business units,
recruiting, marketing and events team
Communications
Manage Endeavor Foundation communications to ensure key
stakeholders are aware and engaged in Foundation activities
Determine creative ways to engage employees and leaders in
partnership activities
Assist in ideating, developing and writing annual report for
company-wide Impact and Inclusion efforts
Systemic Change
Partner with team members to diagnose current state of operations
at company, develop solutions and work with internal teams to
integrate changes and improvements
Work with external industry partners to develop and communicate
best practices
Support efforts to increase efforts to recruit and retain employees
from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups
Knowledge and Experience
7+ years of experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion
space, social impact space, or CSR
Experience with nonprofits and grantmaking
Strong knowledge of racial and social justice organizations
Proven track record with building strong relationships with
internal and external partners
Skills and Abilities
Possess exceptional written and verbal skills, attention to detail
and ability to distill and present complex information into clear,
concise and engaging communications with a particular focus on
diversity, equity, and inclusion
Understand the importance of teamwork, collaboration, and
demonstrate a willingness to help others
Demonstrate passion for creating inclusive corporate cultures with
a history of executing inclusive campaigns and initiatives
Exercise creativity, strategic thinking, and determination to drive
our company culture of employee engagement and an inclusive
workplace forward
Exercise expert judgment and sensitivity in all communications and
conversations
