    What We Are Looking For:

    As a Director, Customer Success, you will be responsible for leading the engagement with our major music label and distribution partners to enable current and new utilization of our industry standard music data and analytics. You will collaborate with customers daily to build relationships, drive utilization, deliver operational excellence, and uncover growth opportunities.

    What We Want You to Do:
    • Execute. Drive customer engagement and data & insights adoption across key and new users of MRC Data and ensure alignment of executive sponsors
    • Coordinate internal resources and help customers stay on track for value realization through strong project and program management skills
    • Acts as a "Trusted Advisor" to the customer to guide them on their data journey and consistently advocate for the customer's outcomes
    • Drive consistent engagement with users, key champions, and executive sponsors of MRC Data within customer organizations
    • Own the day-to-day collaboration with the customer to consistently validate and execute the scope of their quarterly, semi-annual, and annual objectives
    • Become an expert on our data and insights product offerings and the music ecosystem; educating and onboarding new and existing teams/business units across the client on concepts, values and principles related to the continued activation of data in their decision making and operations.
    • Model, mentor and/or manage team members with customer success best practices and behaviors.

      What We Want to See:
      • 5+ years of relevant experience as a Customer Success Manager, Customer Program Manager, Account Manager, at an Enterprise and/or high growth SaaS company, or equivalent experience

        Location: This role can be based in New York or Los Angeles
