SCRC is seeking an exceptional Content Marketing Manager to contribute to and implement content strategy and execution that drives engagement and new patient leads for our fertility services across our multiple organic social media platforms, live webinars, and assist the Marketing Director, as needed, in the development of off and online patient acquisition marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter team player, able to coordinate autonomously with key internal personal and external agencies/freelancers, as needed, to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of all programs.Responsibilities Organic Social Management--- Own, build and grow the organic social program including content development, content calendar, follower growth/engagement, and reporting for all company entities--- Create informed, cohesive, and attractive social media campaigns including copy and images that appeal to SCRC's target audience and distribute content on key social channels--- Manage our social channel presence on FB/IG, Pinterest, Twitter, and eventually Linkedin--- Develop and manage the social content calendar and assure assets are developed on schedule and adhere to our style guide/brand--- Report and analyze social channel results and develop recommendations based on performance.--- Monitor competitors' social channels and provide brief audits/findings for internal leadershipContent Development--- Research topics, determine key findings, and then execute campaign images and copy for social posts, webinars, and other communications--- Produce live webinar events including oversee the development of the presentation/content used by the doctors and manage the Zoom session during the live event--- Develop webinar promotional images for digital campaigns (site, email, and social) to drive webinar attendance--- Determine new content ideas to leverage for social (e.g. infographics, IG stories)--- Assist in the development of internal presentations (e.g. quarterly staff meetings)--- Interview key stakeholders (e.g. doctors, head of clinical) to gather insights to inform relevant social content--- Assure all consumer facing assets are high quality and adhere to our style guide--- With Marketing Director, produce occasional video and photo shoots with doctors, patients, and staff including managing the videographer/photographerBrand--- Ensure consistent use of brand imagery, apply good design practice, and assure core value proposition messaging is communicated on organic social platforms and across marketing materials--- Collaborate and facilitate print collateral for the doctors and physician liaison team to produce new materials. Manage revisions and updates with third party designer.--- Review competitors' patient acquisition & digital efforts for internal audits and presentations and develop opportunities for our brand.--- Assist Marketing Director in ad hoc new projects as the company's business evolvesQualifications--- 2-6 years marketing experience with at least 2 years active management of social media accounts--- Experience in practice management marketing especially in women's health, fertility, or cash-pay medical, is a plus--- Experience and understanding of marketing function, planning, execution, and analysis--- Proven competency and superior knowledge of social-media platforms, tools, and performance tracking--- Ability to use Canva type tools to self-design social-media as well as be able to give direction to a designer for social media images--- Self-motivated with a flexible management style, able to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines and activities simultaneously--- Strong ability to manage projects to achieve deadlines is key--- A strong attention to detail is a must--- Effective communication skills and ability to prioritize and multitask. Timely in responding to communications--- Articulate and eloquent in the written and spoken communications, able to build strong business relationships. Well-developed presentation skills.--- Comfortable collaborating internally and externally--- An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to take on projects and execute them--- Proactive problem solving - you balance stakeholder needs while maintaining brand and business objectives. You can identify roadblocks, determine fixes, and work in a team environment to implement the solutions to get to the end goal.--- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements--- Great work ethic and positive attitude.
