Job Description:

* Perform regular monthly inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property* Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence and file notes* Prepare annual budgets, operating expense estimates, and annual operating expense reconciliations * Prepare, memos, faxes, email, maintain files and other administrative forms* Prepare expense reports * Help maintain office clerical, filing and record keeping systems* Prepare of transaction related documents* Help maintain adequate inventory of all supplies and contact all vendors * Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs* Obtain estimates/bids for repairs at the property* Sort, code and ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts of all property related invoices* Assist corporate accounting with questionsRequirements* Experience in construction management or related industries* Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills * Experience with Yardi a plus* Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills * Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills* Able to communicate with professionals at all levels* Able to work independently and take initiative* Able to adapt to changing priorities* Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines* Detail-oriented* A team player* Strong work ethicExperience* Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field and a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience REF # 36872
