Description
We're looking for aNetwork Engineer, working inFinancial Servicesindustry inBeverly Hills, California, United States.

  Work around Fortinet as it relates to wireless access points and wireless network
  
  
• 
  Assist in the deployment of a new wireless access point
  
  
• 
  Work on the entire Network LAN and WAN and be able to determine what the network infrastructure looks like
  
  
• 
  Work on Wireless and wired LAN and WAN, access points deployment, stabilize, and provide documentation
  
  
• 
  Report network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information
  
  
• 
  Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problem and outages

  Experience Required for Your Success

  • 
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required or equivalent experience
    
    
  • 
    5+ years' of experience in network administration, data center operations, or system administration
    
    
  • 
    Experience with routers, switches, access points, and firewalls
    
    
  • 
    Experience managing MPLS, IPSec VPN encryption platforms and policies
    
    
  • 
    Experienced with security technologies like firewall, IPS, Authentication, & VPN
    
    
  • 
    Demonstrated knowledge and trouble-shooting experience on most used techniques or networking protocols, Routing protocols
    
    
  • 
    Solid knowledge of Networking Technology, especially Layer 2, 3 and 4, including VLAN, STP, LACP, VRF, RIP, OSPF, BGP, VRRF, HA redundancy, TCP, UDP etc
    
    
  • 
    Operations experience in Unix/Linux environment is essential
    
    
  • 
    Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP) is a plus
    
    
  • 
    Certifications in one or more of the following: CCNP and CCNA, Fortinet certification is preferred
    
    
  • 
    Hands-on experience in one or more of the firewall product Fortinet/Juniper/Sourcefire/Checkpoint/PaloAlto etc. is a plus
