School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a licensed school psychologist to
support a diverse K-12 caseload in an engaging school environment
located in Venice, FL. This full-time contract role begins ASAP and
extends through the end of the school year, offering a dynamic
experience across early childhood, elementary, middle, and high
school levels (Grades K-12). This position involves collaborating
with educational teams to assess, evaluate, and provide
psychological services that address students' academic, social, and
emotional needs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in conducting
thorough assessments and developing intervention strategies
tailored to a wide range of grade levels, from early childhood
through high school. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive
psychological assessments for students across grades K-12.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop
individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
Provide counseling and intervention services to promote students
academic and emotional well-being. Participate in multidisciplinary
team meetings and contribute to the development of positive school
climates. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid
certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. Experience
working with students across multiple grade levels, including early
childhood through high school. Strong understanding of assessment
tools and intervention methods within school settings. Ability to
communicate effectively with educators, families, and students.
