Job Description Job Description Construction Plumbers – Now Hiring Location: San Fernando Valley & Santa Clarita Valley Pay: $30 to $45 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay Cycle: Weekly Employment: Full-Time, Long-Term Job Description We are seeking experienced Construction Plumbers to join our growing team. Work includes new construction installations in tract homes, multifamily developments, commercial buildings, and tenant improvement projects. This is steady, work with competitive pay and consistent hours. Candidates should be experienced, reliable, and capable of installing plumbing systems to code in fast?paced construction environments. Underground utility experience is a strong plus. Responsibilities • Install plumbing systems in new tract homes, multifamily structures, and commercial buildings • Perform rough, top-out, and finish plumbing according to plans and specifications • Work on tenant improvement projects and remodels as needed • Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts • Install water, waste, vent, gas, and fixture connections • Assist with underground utilities, trenching, and layout (experience preferred) • Work safely and efficiently with crews on active construction sites • Maintain clean work areas and follow company and job site safety requirements Requirements • Commercial, residential, or multifamily construction plumbing experience • Ability to perform rough, top-out, and finish plumbing • Underground utility experience is a plus • Familiarity with job site tools, materials, and installation practices • Ability to work 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday • Reliable transportation to job sites across the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team What We Offer • Steady, full-time work year-round • Competitive pay based on experience ($30–$45 per hour) • Weekly pay • Benefits available • Opportunities for long-term growth within the company Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northridge, CA 91324. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
