It is our goal to both reflect and enhance our clients business objectives by providing quality design services that result in great value. 7 years experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, Adobe Suite Strong knowledge of wood, concrete and steel construction and detailing Knowledge of current codes and regulations Responsible for Construction Document Preparation, addressing plan check comments and coordinating with Project Manager and Consultants Ability to address construction issues, RFI's and review shop drawings Perform field verifications and produce as-built documents Collaborative and team-oriented Excellent verbal & written communication skills Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Coverage 401K Match Paid Time Off, Holidays, Sick Leave
