Job Description:

Primo Brands Inc. is seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering & Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and ensuring the implementation of comprehensive maintenance schedules while optimizing workflow within our food and beverage processing facilities. This role is crucial for maximizing productivity and minimizing machine downtime, thereby directly impacting our ability to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Develop and implement detailed maintenance plans for all plant equipment. Coordinate with production and maintenance staff to schedule preventative and corrective maintenance. Ensure all maintenance activities are executed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Monitor and analyze machine downtime and performance data to recommend improvements. Manage maintenance inventory and procurement of parts and tools. Regularly review and update maintenance protocols to enhance efficiency. Facilitate training sessions for maintenance staff on new procedures. Proficiency in maintenance planning and inventory management software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with production and operational teams. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems within food and beverage processing plants. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. OSHA Safety Certification.
