companies, collaborating with Founders and hiring managers
Craft job descriptions and actively source, vet, and hire talent
within Growth Marketing teams
Create an efficient interview process and positive candidate
experience while developing strong partnerships with hiring
managers
Required Qualifications
3-4 years of recruiting experience in an agency and high-growth
startup environments
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring growth marketing
talent
Experience in providing a positive candidate experience
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust
quickly
Analytical background with the ability to make data-driven
recommendations for recruiting practices
