Job Description:

Our ideal candidate has a strong balance between the creative side of digital marketing and the tactical side. A key player within the Marketing team, this person will understand data and trends and lead the optimization and execution of all digital marketing efforts. This is an in-office position on a highly collaborative and fast-paced team. -DIGITAL STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION:

  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to build out the digital strategy that supports short-term lead generation goals and long-term revenue goals -
  • Digital strategy to be presented with supporting data to ensure that ROI remains top of mind
    SEO/SEM/PPC: -
    • Continually refine the SEO and SEM strategies across all digital channels (including YouTube) in partnership with external contractors to increase website traffic and conversion rates on all pages
    • Set up, analyze, measure and track the progress of marketing campaigns with Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and communicate key metrics to the internal team on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Oversee the execution and performance of onsite and offsite SEO content
    • Set up, monitor and optimize PPC campaigns and landing pages -
    • Direct keyword research to enhance targeting and positioning -
    • Develop ad copy and update as necessary to improve CTR and conversions
    • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bidding and budget to capture leads at a lower CPL
      • Maintain and update websites and landing pages and ensure that pages are constantly being optimized and are effectively working/converting leads
      • Work directly with contractors to identify and carry out necessary updates and improvements -
      • Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular tests
      • Conduct content audits to eliminate outdated, obsolete and/or redundant information
      • Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization's standards
      • Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics
      • Ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations -CRM:
        • Ensure that HubSpot is utilized to its full potential and all leads are captured and accurately reported
        • Segment email lists and develop automated campaigns for various audiences
        • Measure the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and monitor subscriptions to improve ROI from email marketing efforts continually -
        • Create, implement and monitor drip campaigns -QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
          • Minimum 2 years in a digital marketing role
          • Must have experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMRush (or comparable software)
          • Experience using CRM software (HubSpot strongly preferred)
          • Experience optimizing digital marketing channels with a proven track record of driving conversions through CRO
          • Considerable working knowledge of website standards and best practices
          • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment
          • Experience developing value propositions, customer journeys and campaigns
          • Experience applying marketing analytics to inform marketing strategy including segmentation, targeting and measurement
          • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
          • 'Out of the box' thinker who is solution-focused
