building, executing and measuring projects big and small, and have
an extensive understanding of all aspects of
Marketing.Responsibilities:BRANDING & REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment through all
client touch points including digital, social, collateral,
influencer partnerships, and events.
- Cross-collaborate with peers in other lines of business to
achieve consistent brand messaging where appropriate.
- Own reputation management of the brand by acquiring testimonial
videos, reviews, PR mentions, and influencer/celebrity
endorsements.STRATEGY AND PLANNING
- Experience building and executing successful paid ad campaigns
across Google and Social platforms.
- Experience developing and leading successful email
campaigns.
- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to build out the
marketing strategy that encompasses all aspects of marketing
(Websites, Social, SEO, PPC etc.) and supports short-term lead
generation goals and longer-term growth of client volume and group
revenue.
- Be the first to share up-and-coming platforms, you are fearless
and always looking to try new things as a way to promote the
brand.
- Lead multiple jobs simultaneously; managing and providing
direction to the other team members as needed.SOCIAL MEDIA/ CONTENT
CREATION
- Partner with our Social Media Specialist and Production Manager
to support the execution of layered strategies and manage content
calendars across multiple platforms (Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube,
Facebook to name a few).
- Help drive the creation of dynamic, unique, and engaging
content while ensuring all content has user journeys optimized for
lead prospecting and conversion. Identify trends and create content
that is outstanding within the Real Estate field.REPORTING AND
ANALYTICSCoordinate and analyze reporting on all social media
platforms, email performance, website traffic and lead generation
(digital), identifying areas of opportunity and providing direction
for improvement.QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of professional experience within Creative
Marketing
- Experience managing and growing a team
- Fluent in social media and marketing trends
- Solid balance between strong analytical skills and data-driven
thinking and creativity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest trends and best
practices in online marketing and measurement
- Must have CRM expertise and experience with website development
(managing developers), Asana, SEMRush, Canva, Google Search
Console, Google paid, Adobe suite.
