Job DescriptionImpact Theory is a freakishly ambitious LA-based Web3 studio, committed to telling stories of empowerment and human potential. We currently produce a wide variety of scripted, unscripted, and digital content for OTT streamers, YouTube, Spotify, WEBTOON, podcasts, and our own internal online learning platform. All of Impact Theory's content is focused on entertaining and empowering people the world over. We are embarking on our newest venture into the Blockchain entertainment and NFT space and are building a world class team in the process. Impact Theory is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our company's creative social efforts across our entire ecosystem.   • Manage and oversee social media accounts for Tom Bilyeu and Impact Theory
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies and content across multiple platforms
  • Utilize social media KPI to guide content strategy and execution of content
  • Stay up to date with social media best practices, technology, and platforms
  • Collaborate and partner with different stakeholders on execution of social in conjunction with marketing plans and product releases
  • Stay abreast of rules and regulations
  • Model brand stewardship, ensuring the content and digital expression reflects the Impact Theory brand
  • Inspires and aligns the cross-functional team with a design vision, communicating and understanding the sequencing of getting to that ultimate vision
  • Able to deliver in high-pressure situations on short-timelines. Ability to translate business ideas into professional design applicationsQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
    • 3-5 years of social media management experience
    • Experience in creating social media strategies
    • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
    • Ability to craft engaging and creative content
    • Organized and able to multitask
    • Prior copywriter experience preferred
