a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 2-3 days a week ; Flexible Schedule -Since 1999,

industry sectors, through the intricacies of the currency markets.
Our unique market insight is widely recognized in main-line
business media such as The Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Bloomberg,
and CNBC. -Monex USA is looking for an Administrative Assistant for
our Beverly Hills office. This position will perform routine
clerical and administrative functions such as drafting
correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining
supplies. This position is Temporary starting with a 3 month
Contract with the possibility of extension. -Responsibilities
Greet visitors or callers and handle
their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according
to their needs.Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or
other materials and answer routine letters.Learn to operate new
office technologies as they are developed and implemented.Maintain
scheduling and event calendars.Order and dispense supplies.Conduct
searches to find needed information, using such sources as the
Internet.Train and assist staff with computer usage.Prepare
conference or event materials, such as flyers or invitations.Use
computers for various applications, such as database management or
word processing.Operate office equipment, such as fax machines,
copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment
malfunctions.Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine
correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense,
statistical, or monthly reports.Assist with office layout planning
and office moves

Qualifications
2-3 years of work experience in an
administrative/office management roleMust have exceptional
attention to detailStrong organizational and time management
skills, and ability to prioritizeMust be a self-starter and
drivenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong
problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesMust be proficient
with Microsoft Office and ExcelPreferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business
administration, communications, or a related fieldCompensation$25 -
$30.00 - per hour. -Hiring ProcessThe application consists of a
resume and references. There will be 2-3 rounds of interviews: -1-2
virtual rounds and 1 in-person round. Applications will be
