Job Description:

Vaco Los Angeles is seeking a temp-to-hire, part-time Receptionist/Client Advisor to join a fast-growing and exciting team at a medical aesthetics spa. This role is starting at 10 hours per week and then the hours will increase with time. The opportunity offers room for growth, fun company events, perks and discounts! The ideal candidate has flexible availability and is organized, communicates well, practices excellent time management skills, and has outstanding customer service skills. This role is in the office in Beverly Hills, CA on Wednesday, Thursday, and/or Friday between the hours of 10 am - 3:30 pm but please note this schedule can change at any time with at least a one week notice. Job details:

• Greet and direct visitors
• Answer questions and concerns from patients
• Check in patients for their appointments
• Restock products
• Assist with procedures
• Looking for someone who is trying to kickstart their career in medical aesthetics and the medspa industry
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role required
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Local candidates only Hiring now. Pay starting at $20/hour
