Our client in the Los Angeles area is looking for an Office/Admin assistant to help support all office related functions. This opportunity is located in Beverly Hills and is fully in the office. This opportunity is for a company beauty and medical industry and is looking to pay $20/hr. As an office/admin assistant your primary responsibilities will include, greeting guest with excellent customer service, filing and documentation, and other admin duties. This opportunity is perfect for someone who is looking to join a fun and exciting team with a great company culture, and causal work environment.Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Ordering supplies
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
