Job Description:

Office Administrative Assistant We are looking for a responsible individual as an administrative assistant to support the executive and leadership team of a thriving plastic surgery practice in Beverly Hills. Your key performance objectives: Biweekly payroll processing including commissions Update staff benefits list on a regular basis Staff onboarding & exit paperwork You lead by example with a strong sense of urgency and help create a professional, fun, and inclusive environment aligned to the needs of anyone at the BPS community Handle email requests and queries appropriately Make travel arrangements, meal arrangements, and travel itineraries for staff Devise and maintain an office filing system Some bookkeeping Event planning Source office supplies and other purchases You have proven performance in: Personal or admin assistant experience (2-5 years) Some Human Resources experience including onboarding and payroll Strong bookkeeping, counting, and data/financial management Strong communication and ability to foresee potential issues that may arise/create solutions & problem solve Working on a team and being a part of a team-based environment.
