Job DescriptionOFFICE MANAGERFull TimeBeverly Hills, CA, USThe Office Manager is to provide the necessary direction, coordination, and control of the business office staff to meet the operational, finance and accounting, and administrative goals of the Controller.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Weekly audit of deal jacket documentation and posting to ensure prompt accurate processing
  • Maintain effective practices and procedures to assure timely collection of all data needs to accurately record revenues, expense, profitability, financial condition, and other critical activities of all dealership departments.
  • Reviews dealership's outstanding receivables on an ongoing basis and is responsible for implementation of the collections. (i.e. contracts in transit, accounts receivable, factory receivables, etc.)
  • Reconciliation of accrual and liabilities accounts. Employ, develop, maintain, and effectively schedule a trained and productive staff capable of performing departmental functions in a highly accurate and timely manner
  • Lead, direct, and motivate the business office staff to achieve or exceed individual and group performance goals and objectives; resolve difference and sustain a harmonious workplace environment
  • Reviews and ensures the integrity and accuracy of corporate designed standard reconciliation submitted by the business offices
  • Automates all possible systems and establish control procedures
  • Completes timely end-of-month accounting processing, reconciliations, and reports
  • Assist in completion of interim and annual audit
  • Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as needed
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3 years of automotive industry business office management experience
    • CDK experience required
    • Complete understanding of contract posting process
    • Has experience working various desks such as Contracts, Title, and A/P
    • Detail oriented with excellent communication skills and a professional personal appearance
    • Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize workload to solve problems
