Triumph Properties Group is a family office based in Beverly Hills with investments in both commercial real estate investment and development as well as all alternative -investments including venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, stocks, and bonds. -We are a looking for a versatile and dynamic investment analyst with a diversified experience to assist with both aspects of the family office.Triumph Properties Group is looking for an entry level Acquisitions / Development and Asset Management Analyst to work with the Director of Acquisitions on new acquisitions and the Asset Manager on the existing portfolio.Responsibilities include:1. - - - - -Prepare financial models in Excel for new acquisitions and developments including analysis of alternative debt scenarios and sensitivity analysis for various underwriting assumptions2. - - - - -Conduct Market analysis, competitor surveys and review Costar / Axiometrics -market research3. - - - - -Assist in due diligence including maintaining due diligence checklist, leases analysis, coordination of third parties, escrow and title4. - - - - -Maintain and update deal tracker5. - - - - -Interact with sales brokers, sellers, and owners for all relevant deal information for acquisitions.6. - - - - -Interface with family's investments and due diligence new alternative investment opportunities 7. - - - - -Monitor performance of existing portfolio and generate quarterly reports for partners. 8. - - - - -Supervise outside 3rd party administrator using Advent Black Diamond software platform. - -9. - - - - -Assist partners in other miscellaneous family office requirements. - -Job Requirements1. - - - - -BA Degree in Real Estate, Finance or Accounting2. - - - - -2 years relevant work experience preferred and / or internships in wealth management, investments advisory and / or - -commercial real estate3. - - - - -Highly proficient in excel preparing financial models4. - - - - -Strong analytical skills5. - - - - -Versatile, detail oriented, strong work ethic and flexibleEmployment TypeFull
