Our client pursues direct investments in income producing multifamily and commercial real estate, primarily in California, Texas, Florida, Arizona and Nevada. The team has years of hands-on experience creating value in real estate projects, including entitlement, design and construction management. As a private investment firm, the company invests the capital of its principals. Therefore, the firm has a far more flexible investment approach with no artificial constraints associated with traditional fund structures.

Position: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a motivated and outgoing Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to support our team and help with day to day operations for the office. This candidate must have excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality, be well organized and have an eye for detail. The administrative assistant will perform a variety of administrative functions in support of the executives and related projects across the entire Omninet real estate portfolio. The right candidate will be dependable and self-motivated with a desire to do what it takes to get the job done. Administrative experience preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary phone coverage - answering and routing all incoming calls to main line and officers' lines.
Greet and direct visitors
Support executives in calendar maintenance, travel and booking, lunch, if necessary
Prepare and mail all US/UPS/FedEx Packages --- Sort and distribute all incoming mail
Order office supplies for corporate office and other property sites
Calendar/Appointment tracking of officers --- Company card reconciliations
Operate office machinery such as fax and copy machines
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Time managing and knowing what to prioritize
Keep office space, kitchen, supply room, and conference areas clean and organized
Other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative setting
Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing
Pleasant telephone manner
Able to think on feet when dealing with callers
Excellent time management, problem solving and people skills
Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment
Organized, detailed and disciplined time manager
Strong intrapersonal skills
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite
Must be computer literate and be able to use Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong communication skills; ability to relate to many different kinds of people --- Self motivated, personable and team player with experience in a fast paced environment --- Bachelor's degree preferred --- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Project, and the like experience preferred

Position Hours: 8:30am -5:30pm Job Location: Beverly Hills, CA
