Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing clear and accurate information on financial products and services. Resolve issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve client services and resolve operational challenges. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions, managing client accounts effectively. Provide personalized guidance aligned with our clients' financial objectives. Stay updated on the latest financial services and products offered by Fidelity Investments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and high volumes of client interactions Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of financial services industry and specific understanding of retirement planning and brokerage services Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Client Service Professional (CCSP) preferred FINRA registration and compliance understanding is beneficial
