Employment Type: Contract Work Setting: Onsite Overview Join a
stable and well-organized company seeking an Accounts Receivable
Associate to support its cash application processes and general AR
operations during a period of increased workflow and process
enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
detail-oriented work, thrives in a structured office environment,
and is comfortable adapting as workflows evolve. You will be part
of a supportive accounting team that values accuracy,
collaboration, and consistent communication. Responsibilities
Perform daily cash application tasks, including reviewing
remittances and accurately posting payments Reconcile payment
details and research discrepancies to ensure accuracy Work with
large datasets while maintaining a high level of attention to
detail Support departmental workflow changes and contribute to
evolving process improvements Assist with report pulling, cash
balancing, and general AR support functions Participate in
validations, quality checks, and testing efforts related to
workflow enhancements Prepare and organize data needed for upcoming
process improvements or automation initiatives Collaborate with
team members to maintain timeliness and accuracy across tasks Adapt
to shifting priorities as the department continues refining its
structure Maintain professionalism and confidentiality within a
structured office environment This role does not involve
collections or customer contact Qualifications Experience in
Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or transactional accounting
roles Proficiency with Excel functions such as pivot tables and
lookups Strong accuracy working with numerical or data-heavy
responsibilities Analytical mindset with the ability to
problem-solve through payment discrepancies Professional,
team-oriented communication style Comfort working in a structured
environment with evolving processes Work Environment Onsite,
office-based role within a professional corporate setting
