Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Composite Technician San Diego, CA (92128) 1st & 2nd Shift Available 9/80 Schedule (Every Other Friday Off) Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Payrate: $25/Hr - 2 Years Experience $30/hr - 5 Years Experience We are seeking an experienced Composite Technician to support fabrication and assembly of advanced composite aircraft components in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare molds and perform composite lay-up, curing, trimming, routing, drilling, and sanding Assemble aircraft components using structural adhesives and fasteners Work from blueprints, templates, and process sheets Surface prep and spray application of epoxy/urethane coatings Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent 2 years of hands-on composite fabrication experience Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools Experience with common shop tools and composite materials Comfortable working in loud environments and lifting up to 50 lbs If you have strong aerospace composite experience and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity — let’s connect!
