Job Title:Market Executive - Greater LA & Orange CountyLocation:Beverly HillsWhat you'll do:As a Market Executive you'll be in a top-level leadership position responsible for leading the commercial banking team of financial professionals who deliver strategic, integrated financial advice and solutions to companies, with $25 million to $250 million in annual revenues, throughout a geographic market. Responsible for supporting the Head of C&I lending in developing and executing the Bank's strategic plan, with specific focus of leading the efforts to grow the loan and deposit portfolio of the assign geography or business line. They are measured on their team's success in meeting sales objectives, portfolio health, and management of market dymanics.What we are looking for:

• Establishes the parameters for the various teams regarding transaction pitches and negotiation of term sheets. Oversees the credit structuring development process, customer assessment, and presentation to senior and divisional loan committees.
• Responsible for the group's success in managing portfolio health, and the team's efforts to pro-actively address deteriorating loan performance, mitigating risk from market developments, complications in service delivery, and product adoption.
• Fosters strong, healthy working relationships with executive and senior leaders in partner departments (including Credit Administration, Risk Management/Compliance, Loan Administration, and other internal support departments, and third-party services), and facilitates team's contribution to and compliance with technical processes and requirements, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service.
• Provides supervision to and directs the activities of their staff; performs supervisory tasks such as performance appraisals, corrective actions, and interviewing candidates for employment; develops work schedules; provides necessary training and coaching.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 15+ years of experience in Lending and/or Deposit Sales, Credit Administration and/related field
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring, pricing dynamics, and has market specific awareness.
  • Strong speaking & writing skills for internal & external audiences.Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $258,433.00 - $319,240.00 for Beverly Hills, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
