Our client is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their top rated, and award winning team based out of West LA. Known for their dedication to their clients and representing individuals over corporations, this firm has committed itself to fighting for what's right.
Due to substantial growth, they are on the hunt for a Full Charge Bookkeeper who is self-driven, organized and thrives under tight deadlines, to managing the organisations books.
Duties include:

• 
  
• 
  Manage full cycle A/P
  
  
• 
  Payroll
  
  
• 
  Bank and credit card reconciliations
  
  
• 
  Journal entries
  
  
• 
  Month-end close
  
  
• 
  Cash flow projections, financial statement preparation and audit.
  
  
• 
  Get ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
  
  
• 
  Group sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
  
  
• 
  Produce cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

  Requirements - Strong communication and social skills

    Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
    
    
  • 
    Prior accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
    
    
  • 
    Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
    
    
  • 
    BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
    
    
  • 
    High attention to detail
    
    
  • 
    Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
    
    
  • 
    Microsoft Office experience
    
    
  • 
    Expertise in QuickBooks
    
    
  • 
    Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
    
    
  • 
    Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
