The successful candidate must possess accounting education and experience, along with strong analytical and general ledger knowledge.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReconciliation:Validate that all retail transactions in POS are accounted for in the accounting system and resolve any discrepancies.Analyze and identify trends and issues related to POS sales activityStore cash reconciliation with POS cash salesCredit card/Ayden reconciliation exceptions managementGift card reconciliationRecordingCredit card/Adyen fees bookingStore cash booking: booking of daily cash deposits of each store to clear the Cash clearing accounts.Tax free invoices processingOthersGift card management (ordering, distribution, recording in accounting, gift card breakage calculation)Store support: Finance's primary point of contact/support for all POS finance transactionsResolve back-end customer payment issues such as double charges or missing refunds as needed after investigationFraud preventionYou are someone who Enjoys working in dynamic and fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindsetCan fill gaps where needed and self-motivatedCareer-oriented with interest in advancementStrives to figure out and implement best practicesYou must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of accounting experience required with sales audit experience preferredAdvanced Excel skills and experience including analysis of mass data sets, Vlookups, pivot tables and formulas are requiredExcellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling and time managementAbility to interact with all levels of the organizationMicrosoft Dynamics 365 ERP and sales audit module experience a plusSalary: $75,000-$85,000 base
