A boutique Real Estate/Property Management company located in
Beverly Hills; CA is seeking a bookkeeper to join its team. The
ideal candidate is looking for a long-term commitment and has 5+
years of real estate accounting experience. The Bookkeeper will
manage the accounting for multiple entities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial
Perform a wide variety of accounting analyses
Analyze various transactions and identify appropriate accounting
Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
Record and process accounts receivable
Process cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
Assist with preparation of annual operating budgets
Conduct bank reconciliations
Communicating with banks directly
Bachelor's degree in accounting
5+ years of experience in accounting
Experience in the real estate industry
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Skyline or AppFolio experience a plus.
