performed at our Beverly Hills, California office. The HSBC West
Coast team works with corporates that hold a global footprint
across a variety of industries. The Global Relationship Manager
(GRM) is the face of the Bank in our market; their role is to work
directly with the management teams of our corporate clients and
develop a deep understanding of their corporate strategies. We work
in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple internal
& external stakeholders at any one time. The successful candidate
will demonstrate; Experience of working with international
companies A client focused mindset with a "can do" attitude
Outstanding business development skills, with proven experience of
identifying product opportunities and seeing them through to a
successful implementation Strong communication and influencing
skills, with a proven ability to build long term workplace
relationships Ability to lead deal teams and inspire junior staff
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects & engagements
Credit underwriting knowledge and experience Strong corporate
banking product knowledge across Treasury/Cash Management, Foreign
Exchange and Trade Finance An understanding of investment banking
products across Advisory and Debt & Equity Capital Markets
Understanding of regulatory and compliance processes Our team

more sustainable ways of doing business. The GRM role can be
performed at our office in Southern California.
Requirements
Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as
the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
Relevant corporate banking credit experience Ability to work in a
dynamic team environment and multitask to support a high growth
business Strong communication and influencing skills, with a proven
