Full Charge Bookkeeper-YS Buildings LLC
We are looking for a HIGHLY SKILLED bookkeeper who can also assist in investment bookkeeping and management to be responsible for the direct maintenance of all bank records for investment accounts. Responsibilities Monthly/Quarterly bookkeeping and accounting including preparation of financial statements Assess each property's financial and operating performance. Accomplish financial goals and report monthly on financial performance Reconcile bank and operating activity balances on a monthly and annual basis Perform quarterly testing for bank loan covenants and requirements, and report same Skills Highly skilled in Financial Reporting and use of accounting software Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and relevant databases and software Proven work experience as a book keeper Fully understanding investments portfolio and its financial aspects Good interpersonal skills with strong communication and presentation abilities Well organized with excellent time management skills At least a BS degree (or equivalent) in related field . A minimum of 5-7 years of actual work experience as a Book Keeper with knowledge of investments
