The Position
We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant, who will
manage administrative tasks for the Accounting Department, while
proactively handling the little things that we didn't even realize
we needed. - You will support the Controller and Accounting staff
by performing a variety of tasks related to organization, mail
distribution, communication and accounting projects. The ideal
candidate will be highly organized and professional, resourceful,
efficient, flexible, remain calm under pressure, self-motivated,
will thrive in a fast-paced environment and prone to thinking
outside of the box. - Lots of opportunities for future growth for

Job Responsibilities:
Assists the accounting team with general administrative tasks and
special projects, as directed
Performs day-to-day office administrative functions, creates and
prepares correspondence, maintains office equipment and serves as
point of contact for questions related to the office, accounting
leadership and team members
Establishes, develops, and maintains administrative files,
databases, and department records, and performs routine analysis
and calculations in the processing of data for recurring internal
reports
Takes charge of incoming and outgoing mail tasks, maintains the
postage, and responds to routine written inquiries, as needed
Supports department engagement activities to increase morale by
scheduling, coordinating, and communicating all goals, events,
activities and deadlines
Responsible for keeping the department common areas clean,
organized, fully stocked, and resolves issues as needed.
Coordinates, assembles and ships gift packages and company
swag/marketing materials
Run errands as needed
Additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Accounting and/or finance experience, preferred
You must be highly proficient with technology and computer use
Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
Detail-oriented
Positive attitude
Problem Solver
You must have at least 2 years of administrative support
experience
Must have a car and clean driving record
