development.SALARY: $120,000WORK LOCATION: Los Angeles,
CaliforniaROLE SUMMARY: Manage Business Cycle process for the
Golden Road. Capture Base Case assumptions for key business drivers
and use them to develop short (1YP) and long term (3 YP)
performance objectives and model impact to Golden Road financial
results. Manage all accounting functions of Golden Road Brewing,
including all monthly & quarterly reporting, book keeping, expense
categorization, accounting procedures, finance personnel and
controls.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the preparation of the Golden Roads VP's volume and
financial performance communication to the GM/ Brewery
Leadership.
- Oversee and coordinate the bottom up detailed budget for the
Golden Road organization, ensuring the delivery of approved
targets.
- Develop analytical insights needed to ensure accurate forecasts
and propose gap closing opportunities.
- Build long term objectives into detailed annual budget for
multiple regions and multiple brands.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting around month end
close for craft brewery. Ensure all financial statements are in
compliance with International Financial Standards Reporting. Help
support any federal, state, local, or internal audits of company
policies, procedures, or transactions. Act as liaison for all
federal, state, local, or internal reviews of Company financial
transactions.
- Assist in month-end closing reports regarding local chart of
accounts and COGNOS and ZBB reporting. Assist in and develop ad hoc
reporting requests as necessary. Facilitate knowledge share between
local craft and BSC.
- Assist in TTB and local filings when applicable; maintain solid
knowledge of laws and regulations. Ensure appropriate and adequate
TTB/inventory processes at location.
- Develop and maintain adequate OrchestratedBeer ERP knowledge
and system maintenance. Ensure proper use of production system at
local brewery by all users.
- Maintain strong relationships with other craft breweries and
Business Shared Service Center (BSC). Act as a point person for
local system and process questions. Oversee and develop local staff
accountant. Conduct local performance and financial reviews as
needed.
- Ensure adequate control environment. Implement new processes
where necessary to ensure craft entity is up to AB standards.
- Responsible for on-time completion of monthly closing, monthly
financial reporting to A-B, and inventory reconciliations. Proper
controls and processes exist and are maintained at local entity.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree in a business field, preferably
Accounting, or related experience. Masters degree preferred
- 5+ years of accounting & analytical experience providing
actionable information to senior management
- Strategic foresight, ability to see big picture and
interrelationships of proposed opportunities.
- Advanced excel skills including familiarity and proven
experience in the areas of advanced formulas and PivotTables is
preferred.
