Job Description:
Dynamic and growing property management firm located in the
heart of Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to
join their company. Company offers great benefits, room for
advancement and a beautiful working environment. Position will
encompass all aspects of accounting: AR/AP, Accruals,
Reconciliations, Invoices, General Ledger, Journal Entries,
etc.
Yardi Software is a MUST have.
Previous Real Estate or Property Management Industry experience is
IDEAL.
Bachelor's Degree is a MUST have.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP and GAAP is preferred.
