?Prepare, review and file individual, partnership, trust, fiduciary, non-profit and corporate tax returns for high net worth individuals, celebrity clients, musicians and sports figures and manage sophisticated tax issues

?Prepare and file 1099 and 1096 information returns using CFS software with the IRS and FTB

?Prepare and file 571-L business property tax statements with the county assessor?s office

?Analyze tax code and procedures to implement updates and changes into software programs

?Represent clients in IRS Audits, offer in compromise submissions and installment agreements

?Manage other staff accountants, workload, work schedule and review all tax returns prepared by staff in two offices

?Pension plan audits, prepare, review and compile financial statements

?Bank reconciliations, analysis and review of balance sheet, liability and equity accounts

?Engage in consultations with top CEO's and owners of various businesses

?Review various financial ratios that affect client firms and make recommendations

EDUCATION:

Active CPA required

Degree in Accounting from Accredited University

6-8 years experience in Tax Accounting

Must be able to sign Tax Returns

SKILLS:

Proficient in Word and Excel.

Utilize Access and various data extracting tools for data analysis

Proficient in Lacerte software, Drake tax software, UltraTax tax software, CFS, Tvalue, QuickBooks, Quicken, and various other financial and tax reporting software
